Exposure to different cultural environments gives us the opportunity to discover new people and behaviours. Some we will like and some we won't, but it is important to go beyond the stereotypes we all build up. A person's true value goes beyond their behaviour; it is about our perception. Managing diversity means seeing each person as unique.
